Core capabilities

What Crew is designed to do.

Each capability below is tied to a real product surface in the current Blazorly codebase.

01

A Crew for each product

Create a project workspace and assemble focused Mates for support, marketing, sales, feedback, and chief-of-staff work.

02

Shared, reviewed product knowledge

Bring together notes, documents, approved website sources, citations, and reviewed memory that Mates can share.

03

One room, plus direct conversations

Work with the Crew in a durable team room or open a focused, private conversation with an individual Mate.

04

Work, handoffs, and founder approvals

Assign bounded work, track attempts and events, allow Mate handoffs, and hold sensitive actions in the Crew Inbox.

05

Connected applications with narrow grants

Select accounts and per-Mate permissions while Blazorly Agent retains credential and execution authority.

06

Lifecycle, briefings, and outcome evidence

Operate approved playbooks, review daily or weekly briefings, and drill into project, Mate, knowledge, and work evidence.

How it works

A clear path from intent to controlled work.

  1. 1

    Open a product project

Capture the product identity, lifecycle stage, audience, goals, and operating context.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Crew

Create or refine the Mates needed, then activate them into the project under founder control.

  3. 3

    Share knowledge and access

Review the sources and connected-app grants each Mate may use for its responsibilities.

  4. 4

    Run supervised work

Assign goals, follow handoffs, decide approvals, and review briefings and outcome evidence.

Suitable use cases

Where Crew earns its place.

Example patterns only. The exact setup depends on the workflow, product configuration, permissions, and beta availability.

Pattern 01

Founder-led product operations

Keep product context, priorities, AI teammates, approvals, and reporting together across a portfolio.

Pattern 02

Cross-functional AI support

Coordinate focused Mates around customer support, marketing, sales, feedback, and internal follow-through.

Pattern 03

Supervised lifecycle programmes

Turn bounded customer or product signals into reviewable playbook work without giving up founder control.

Crew coordinates; Agent executes

Crew owns product context, shared knowledge, work orchestration, founder conversations, and reporting. Blazorly Agent owns model execution, tools, schedules, approvals, and runtime policy. Connected-app credentials remain outside Crew.

FAQ

Crew questions, answered.

Quick answers about what Crew does, where it fits, and how private-beta access works.

What is Blazorly Crew?

Crew is Blazorly's product-operations control plane for teams of AI Mates. You create a project workspace for each product, assemble focused Mates for work like support, marketing, sales, feedback, and chief-of-staff duties, and have them share approved product knowledge, work from goals and playbooks, hand work to one another, and report outcomes to the founder. It is built for founders and product teams that want coordinated AI teammates with visible control.

How is Blazorly Crew different from Blazorly Agent?

The shorthand is: Crew coordinates, Agent executes. Blazorly Agent is the platform for building, testing, deploying, and operating individual tool-using agents; Crew is the control plane that organises teams of those Agent-powered Mates around a product. Crew is also separate from Builder and the SaaS and Conversational Clients, which configure and run business applications rather than AI teams.

What does Blazorly Crew deliberately not do?

Crew does not own execution. Model execution, tools, schedules, approvals, and runtime policy stay with Blazorly Agent, and connected-app credentials remain outside Crew entirely. Crew's lane is product context, shared knowledge, work orchestration, founder conversations, and reporting.

How does supervision work in Blazorly Crew?

Work assigned to Mates is bounded, with attempts and events tracked, and sensitive actions are held for founder approval in the Crew Inbox. Connected applications use narrow, per-Mate permission grants while Blazorly Agent retains credential and execution authority. Mates draw on shared, reviewed product knowledge, and outcomes come back through briefings and drillable work evidence.

How do I get access to Blazorly Crew?

Blazorly is in private invitation beta, so there is no public signup, free tier, or trial. Request access, describe the product operations you want a Crew to run, and fit is assessed together; access is arranged directly if there is a fit. There is no public pricing during the beta — terms are discussed as part of the access conversation.
